At P&G, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. Although Andra embarked on her journey with us during a time when face-to-face meetings were not possible, she found a welcoming team that helped her with this virtual transition. The unwavering support from her managers and mentors since #PGDay1, alongside the excellent collaboration she has with her colleagues, allow Andra to truly shine in her role as a Human Resources Manager.
